How we practice
Mysore, then led
Mysore-style Ashtanga
Monday–Friday, 7am–10am
with Sammy Seriani
Self-paced Ashtanga in the traditional Mysore method. Beginners and long-time practitioners share the room; the practice meets you where you are.
It’s not a three-hour class. 7–10am are revolving-door hours. Arrive when it works for you; most students practice about 90 minutes.
Led Primary
Weekday evenings
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 5–6:30pm
with Sammy Seriani
A guided Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa). The teacher calls each pose and vinyasa count in Sanskrit so the room moves together on breath, gaze, and alignment.
Sunday
Sunday, 8:30–10am
with Merritt
Sunday led Primary: same sequence, same focus on breath and rhythm, with Merritt leading.
Rest
